  • - ginger - 80 g;
  • - a lemon - 400 g;
  • - sugar - 200 g;
  • - a yeast powder - 5 g;
  • - mint;
  • - water - 1.5 l.

Instruction

1. Do the following actions with ginger: carefully wash out it, then clean and crush, having grated. For this procedure it is desirable to use a large grater.

2. In a glass pour 100 milliliters of warm water. Then dissolve in it a yeast powder. Put the received mix in warmly approximately for 10-15 minutes. Thus, on its surface the small skin is formed. As soon as it occurs, the sponge dough will be ready.

3. By means of the juice extractor for a citrus squeeze out juice of the lemons cut on two parts. After this procedure crush the remained lemon peels on pieces of the big size.

4. Pour the remained water in rather big glasswares. Then a vysypita in it and completely it dissolve granulated sugar. As soon as it occurs, to the received solution add the crushed gingers and crusts of a lemon and also the squeezed-out lemon juice. There add barmy mix.
