It is required to you

  • On 40 pieces:
  • - 110 g of unsalted butter;
  • - 160 g of wheat flour;
  • - 40 g of almond meal;
  • - 80 g of sugar;
  • - salt pinch;
  • - 40 g of fried seeds of sesame (black, white or mixed);
  • - 1 vitellus.

Instruction

1. Cut oil in small cubes on parchment paper and put in the fridge.

2. In the food processor mix flour, almond meal, sugar and salt. If you have no food processor, you can use a plastic bag to mix all ingredients.

3. If you want to receive cookies with the crushed sesame, then add sesame to the combine. If you prefer cookies with bold kernels of sesame, then add it with a vitellus later.

4. Take out the cut oil from the fridge and crush in the combine together with bulk.

5. Hammer a vitellus into weight and mix in the combine.

6. Lay out weight in a bowl, mix a silicone scapula.

7. Include an oven to be warmed up to 175 wasps. Inwrap the received weight in food wrap, roll in a form of sausage with a diameter of 5 cm. Put to be cooled in the fridge for 1 hour.
