You sometime cooked meat on coals... in a towel? And here in Colombia it is the most widespread way of preparation. At a minimum of ingredients you receive surprisingly tasty, soft and fragrant dish!

It is required to you

  • For 6 portions:
  • - 525 g of beef sirloin;
  • - 3 cups of coarse salt;
  • - 1.5 tablespoons of a dried oregano.
  • - towel from cotton of 40х40 cm;
  • - twine.

Instruction

1. Prepare an unnecessary cotton towel: properly moisten it in cold water and carefully wring out. Certainly, in spite of the fact that you use an old towel, it has to be clean!

2. Develop a towel and pour out on it 3 glasses of coarse or average salt. Level salt: the layer has to be uniform! Powder from above dried an oregano.

3. From one edge of the prepared towel lay out a piece of beef sirloin. Inwrap meat in fabric in the form of an envelope. Fasten an envelope with a culinary twine and lay out on the heated coals. Fry approximately 15 minutes from each party. It is also possible to cook a dish on gas. If the towel begins to char - nothing terrible, continue process.

4. Leave ready meat for 2-3 minutes ""have a rest"" and only then develop a towel. Simple juicy meat is ready! It can be given and just like that, and with favourite sauce!
