Instruction

1. For a start we cut ribs.

2. We add the Narsharab sauce (garnet sauce) to ribs, for taste we salt and we mix, we postpone for 15 minutes.

3. We clean potatoes, we cut into cubes. We add dried herbs, we salt a little and again we mix.

4. We cut leek rings (napiform - half rings). We cut tomatoes small pieces. We cut eggplants into cubes.

5. We squeeze out garlic through a chesnovyzhimalka and we add to oil, we salt and we pepper.

6. Then in a form for roasting we spread vegetables and meat. We pour vegetable oil with garlic. For taste we salt and we pepper.

7. We place in an oven and we bake at a temperature of 180 degrees for 1-1.5 hours.
