Instruction

1. Wash out champignons, separate legs and cut them in small cubes.

2. Cut carrots as well as champignons. If desired carrots can be grated.

3. Crush the cleaned bulb and garlic glove. Husk tomatoes and cut in small cubes, also cut paprika.

4. Warm 2 tablespoons of olive oil, fry the prepared vegetables within five minutes. Then add the crushed legs of champignons to vegetables. Continue to prepare a stuffing five more minutes.

5. Crush garlic glove in any convenient way (it is possible to grate) and chili pepper.

6. Shift champignons in a volume bowl, add to them the crushed garlic glove, Chile, a basil, favourite spices and two tablespoons of olive oil, rub spices in mushrooms. Then add a spoon of a soy-bean sauce and mix. Try on salt if it isn't enough, then add some salt a little more.

7. Stuff mushrooms with a vegetable stuffing. Warm an oven to 200 degrees. Bake champignons of 15 minutes.

8. Shift the baked stuffed champignons to a dish, let's stand 5-10 minutes, decorate to the taste and give on a table.
