2. Eat porridges. They will become a basis for maintenance of ideal balance of a diet. Grain crops bear in themselves fats, proteins, carbohydrates, vitamins and various enzymes. Consumption of porridges for breakfast will present feeling of saturation till the lunch therefore you shouldn't be afraid for the figure because of excess having a snack.

3. Don't forget on meat and fish. The refusal of them will lead to violation of food, and it isn't necessary to speak about balance. Chicken, meat or fish will become excellent addition to salads from a fresh vegetables. It is important to reduce the volume of a portion. In the summer it has to be one third less than habitual.

4. Drink more liquid. Loss by a liquid organism during the summer period is quite considerable, and it is necessary to restore a water balance especially carefully. Use a usual clear water. You shouldn't fight against thirst sweet carbonated drinks and similar to them liquids. You can have a green tea, kvass, fruit drinks and lemonades of own preparation.

5. Cook cold soups. They not only are tasty, but also are useful, without long cooking and continuous heating in them the huge amount of nutrients remains.

6. Exclude salty and hot dishes. Similar products detain liquid in an organism, cause thirst and lead to hypostases. Therefore it is worth avoiding them, to seek to use less spices and salts in dishes which you cook.
