- - 4 tomatoes;
- - 4 paprikas;
- - 300 g of grapes;

- - salt, the black pepper ground, cilantro, paprika.
1. Wet the Indyushiny breast in grape juice for 2-3 hours, it is desirable to use juice of white grapes. After to cut a breast pieces of 6-8 cm.
2. Onions and pepper to clean and cut ringlets 1-2 cm thick. Drench tomato with boiled water and peel and also to cut ringlets.
3. Place breast pieces in a cauldron or a deep frying pan and fry with addition of vegetable oil to a golden crust. Add tomatoes, onions and paprika, spices to meat to cover for 10-20 minutes periodically to mix.
