It is required to you

  • For broth at insomnia:
  • - 5 g of roots of a valerian;
  • - glass of water.
  • For the broth strengthening nervous system:
  • - a tablespoon of the crushed valerian roots;
  • - 2 glasses of water;
  • For a bathtub with valerian broth:
  • - 500 g of roots of a valerian;
  • - 2 liters of water.

Instruction

1. For curative infusions and valerian decoctions use roots of plants which contain organic acids (valerian, acetic, ant, apple), essential oils, tannins and alkaloids. Prepare valerian roots in August-October after the plant fades, and from it seeds will be showered. Accurately dig out a shovel a plant, shake the earth from a root and separate it from a stalk. Well wash a baking plate with flowing water and you dry in the open air. For preparation of roots of a valerian it is impossible to use an oven because at high temperatures radio substances disappear, and roots lose the medicinal properties. You store the dried roots in densely closed glass jars, far from other fragrant herbs and products.

2. For strengthening of nervous system and at insomnia take 5 g of roots of a valerian, fill in with a glass of cold water and put on small fire. You cook within two hours. Then remove broth from fire, cool and filter through three-four layers of a gauze. This broth can be added to bathtubs and (or) to accept till 8-10 drops 3 times a day.

3. At irritability, tearfulness and the increased uneasiness prepare the following broth: properly crush a valerian root in a mortar. Boil water and pour in two glasses of boiled water in a thermos. Add a tablespoon of roots of a valerian, istolchenny in powder, and leave to infuse for about six hours. Then filter broth via the gauze filter and cool. Drink equal parts during the day.

4. At insomnia, neurosises and tachycardia it is recommended to take before going to bed a bath with valerian broth addition. For this purpose: boil two liters of water and fill in with boiled water 500 g of roots of a valerian. Let's infuse one or one and a half hours, then filter broth and pour out in a bathtub with warm water.
