Vareniki - a dish, very popular in Russia. There is a huge number of possible stuffings and fillers, for example with potatoes, cherry, meat.
Ingredients for a stuffing:
- 250 g of the pork boiled;
- 250 g of the beef boiled;
- 1 bulb.
Ingredients for the test:
- 300 g of flour;
- on a soda knife tip;
- 1 tablespoons of vinegar;
- 1 egg;
- ½ glasses of kefir;
- 1 tablespoons of a desi.
Preparation:
- To cut the boiled beef and pork on pieces and to scroll on the meat grinder. Clean, crush and pripustit onions in a frying pan.
- Further we add the meat which is passed via the meat grinder to a frying pan to onions. We fry on average fire before emergence of a light crust. Allow to cool down.
- To shake up egg with kefir a fork, to uniformity. Add vinegar and the kindled butter, shake up further. To further add flour and to vent dough. Add soda, to quickly stir and add one more spoon of flour, after to vent again.
- On the prepared table to lay out dough. So far it seems thinnish. It is necessary to knead well it that didn't stick to hands.
- Cut dough for four portions. From each piece to roll "sausage" and to divide it into four parts.
- Roll each part that flat cake turned out. In the middle of flat cake we impose meat stuffing, it isn't necessary to put too much that varenik didn't burst during cooking. Accurately we pinch vareniki, exactly or with a pattern as it is pleasant to whom.
- On fire to put a pan with water, to salt. After boiling throw vareniki, at once to mix that they didn't stick to a bottom of a pan and to each other. When vareniki emerge, they are already ready.
- Get a skimmer vareniki from water, lay out in a bowl and add to them a desi. Throw, overturning that oil was evenly distributed.
