How to make very tasty pie with apricots in an oven: step-by-step recipe

This most delicate apricot pie will please those who want to try fragrant juicy fruit pastries. Such dessert which just melts in the mouth will undoubtedly please house and guests. Apricots can be replaced with other fruit – nectarines, peaches, apples, plums. It should be noted that, fruit shouldn't be overripe that they didn't give a lot of juice.

It is required to you

  • Dough:
  • - 1 glass of flour
  • - 1/4 teaspoon of salt
  • - 1/4 glasses of sugar
  • - 100 гр unsalted oil
  • Stuffing:
  • - 3/4 glasses of unsalted pistachios (without peel)
  • - 1 tablespoon of flour
  • - several pinches of sea salt
  • - 6 tablespoons of sugar
  • - 5 tablespoons of unsalted oil
  • - 1 big egg
  • - 1/4 teaspoons of extract of almonds
  • - 500 g of apricots

Instruction

1. In the beginning it is necessary to make dough for pie. For this purpose mix flour, salt and granulated sugar the mixer.

2. Then cut oil on small pieces and then add to a mixer bowl. Again mix while mix doesn't form lumps.

3. Transfer the made dough on a baking dish (diameter of 20 cm) covered with parchment paper. Evenly cover with the test a bottom and sides of a form. Bake in an oven for 15 minutes until it becomes pale golden color. Then take out from an oven and let's cool down completely.

4. For preparation of a stuffing it is necessary to process in a pistachio crumb, to add granulated sugar, flour and salt. Cut oil on pieces and add to the received weight. All this should be shaken up the mixer. Then add egg and again mix before receiving homogeneous mass.

5. Distribute the turned-out stuffing on the baked dough.

6. Cut apricots on small slices and arrange on a stuffing, as shown in a photo.

7. Again bake in an oven within 60 minutes or until pie doesn't gain golden color, and the toothpick won't leave dry.

8. Then let's cool down completely and it is possible to cut out on squares.
