How to make wine ""Apple Pleasure"

The domestic apple wine turns out transparent, tasty, fragrant. Preparation doesn't demand great efforts, only the patience as wine demands time is necessary. But then you can surprise guests with a small bottle of fragrant drink. To taste wine not really sweet, but pleasant, the strength of 10-14 degrees (depends on hold time).

It is required to you

  • 10 kg of apples,
  • 4 kg of sugar.

Instruction

1. Well we wash out apples. We squeeze out apple juice. From the specified quantity about 7 liters of juice will turn out.

2. We pour juice in a volume pan or any other capacity. We add sugar and well we mix to full sugar remelting. We leave juice with sugar for day.

3. In a day we spill apple juice on big bottles, we fill on three quarters. On each bottle we put a hydrolock.

4. We put bottles to the secluded dark place and we leave for one and a half months. All this time will go fermentation process. If to put bottles to the warm place, then process of fermentation will end much earlier.

5. After bubbles in hydrolocks came to an end, we get bottles and accurately we merge liquid. On a bottom of bottles we leave a deposit. We filter the merged liquid through three layers of a gauze. If desired it is possible to filter a deposit.

6. Again we spill wine on clean and dry bottles, we establish a hydrolock and we put to the dark place for 14 days. Then we remove hydrolocks, and we twist bottles covers.

7. We check wine, it has to gain color of strong tea, and bubbles shouldn't be allocated. We filter wine, we don't forget to leave a deposit.

8. As a result we will receive 6 liters of an apple wine. If desired it is possible to treat guests, but to leave better wine for one and a half months under tight covers. During this time it will ripen and will become more fragrant and strong. It is desirable to store wine at a temperature of 12-14 degrees, not longer than two years.
