Many aim to do yogurt in house conditions, however they are stopped by need to buy yogurt makers, ferments, etc. And there is really easy way to provide itself with tasty and useful fermented milk product.
It is required to you
- - live yogurt;
- - milk;
- - pan;
- - glass jars.
Instruction
1. Buy one packing (jar) of live yogurt in shop. There is enough even small packing, the most important - without any fillers. Besides, take 1 or 2 liters of milk.
2. Pour out milk in a pan. Periodically stirring slowly, bring milk to the boil. As soon as boiled, we switch off a plate and we leave milk to cool down to room temperature.
3. We wash glass jars and we will sterilize the ferry. After cooling of milk to room temperature we add to it the bought yogurt and we stir. As soon as yogurt was dissolved in milk, we spill everything on banks, we close covers and we leave for the night at the room temperature.
4. In the morning yogurt is ready. It is visible on consistence. We add jam, jam or just berries and we enjoy taste. The rest we remove everything in the fridge as yogurt at us live.
