  • - yogurt of 2.5% of fat content - 4 tablespoons
  • - milk of 3.5% of fat content - 1 liter
  • - plastic containers or glass glasses
  • - hot water
  • - big bowl

Instruction

1. It is necessary to wash out carefully ware and to scald it boiled water.

2. Milk has to be room temperature. It is possible to warm up slightly it to 28 wasps.

3. We pour out milk in a big bowl and we add yogurt there. Carefully we stir and we spill on containers. We close covers.

4. We put in an oven on a lattice. Under a lattice it is necessary to deliver to a circle with hot water. We close an oven for 5 hours. Water in a circle needs to be changed constantly that was hot.

5. In 5 hours, yogurt is taken accurately out and we put in the fridge for 12 hours. Later we add the fruit cut with pieces. Pleasant pleasure!
