To open a champagne bottle, it isn't necessary to have special skills. It can make everyone. For this purpose it is necessary to perform a number of simple operations only consistently.

1. If you never opened earlier a champagne bottle, for trainings try to choose inexpensive grades of this drink. Open the first bottles at home. Be ready that first at you nothing will turn out, champagne can spread.

2. Champagne which you are going to open has to be well cooled. It is necessary for decrease activity of the gas which is contained in drink. The champagne temperature is higher, the stronger it will foam. Place a bottle in a bucket with cold water or ice in 10 – 15 minutes prior to opening. The bottle can be cooled also in the fridge. Place it there for 30 minutes.

3. Remove a foil which covers a bottle mouth. In some the bottle for this purpose is enough to extend a special tape then the foil easily is removed. If it is absent, act in the usual way, having cut out a foil a knife. Your task is to release the wire grid holding a bottle stopper.

4. After removal of a foil you will find a wire which holds a stopper. It has the small loop located with a side and twirled clockwise. Pull this loop down the direction to a bottom of a bottle and wind off it. As soon as the wire weakens, it can be removed. If the wire doesn't hold a stopper any more, it is possible to leave it on a bottle and to remove together with a stopper. If the bottle is insufficiently cooled, the spontaneous departure of a stopper can follow. Try to hold a palm over a stopper or to hold it when you delete a wire.

5. After release of a stopper there comes the most important stage. Take a bottle in the right hand, the left hand wrap up a stopper in a towel and strong hold it. If you open a bottle on a celebration, track that the towel was clean. Begin to twist a bottle here and there, densely holding a stopper. It is necessary to do it slowly. Control process of an exit of a stopper that it didn't take off too quickly.

6. When the stopper is taken almost out, slow down manipulations with a bottle. It will help you to remove a stopper without its departure. Loosen controls over a stopper, but slightly press down it. All this will help you to pit gas without rough hissing and bryzg. You watch that the bottle was at an angle up, otherwise after removal of a stopper you will pour champagne. As soon as the stopper is taken out, the bottle needs to be returned carefully to a bucket with ice or at once to give on a table.
