It is required to you
- 1 bag of yeast quick-rise yeast (12 g)
- 1 glass of water or milk
- 1 teaspoon of sugar
Instruction
1. Warm up water or milk to 35-38 degrees.
2. Add sugar to liquid and stir.
3. Dissolve yeast.
4. When yeast starts walking, on a surface to appear fast-growing foam.
5. Now yeast can be used.
