  • - garlic - 1 head;
  • - vinegar of 9% - 125 ml;

  • - salt - 2 tablespoons without hill;
  • - vegetable oil - 175 ml;
  • - pans - 2 pieces;
  • - oppression.

Instruction

1. Prepare a land surface on a table. From cabbage remove the first 2-3 layers of leaves. Cut it in half and chop narrow strips no more than 1 cm wide. Peel carrot and grate. It is also possible to use a special grater for preparation of carrots in Korean.

2. Well mix cabbage with carrots, and then put them in a pan and slightly stamp a rolling pin or a masher for mashed potatoes.

3. Divide a head of garlic into cloves and remove from them a peel. Then crush them through a press or grate.

4. In a separate pan pour in 1 liter of water and put on a plate to heat up. When water becomes warm, add to it vegetable oil, sugar, salt, vinegar and the crushed garlic. After that bring water with seasonings to the boil and at once fill in with the turned-out marinade cabbage with carrots.

5. From above cover preparation with a plate and establish oppression (for example, other pan filled with water, but narrower in the diameter). When marinade cools down, cabbage will be ready. After that it can be got from a pan and to use for designated purpose.
