    • fennel – 1 bunch;
    • salt – 1 tsp;
    • sugar – 1 tablespoon;
    • bay leaf;
    • pepper;
    • Marinated champignons with cooking in marinade:
    • mushrooms – 1 kg;
    • water – 125 ml;
    • vinegar – 125 ml;
    • salt – 15 g;
    • sugar – 10 g;
    • citric acid – 2 g;
    • fennel – 2 g;
    • bay leaf;
    • pepper;
    • cinnamon;
    • Marinated champignons without cooking in marinade:
    • For cooking:
    • mushrooms – 1 kg;
    • water – 1 l;
    • salt – 50 g;
    • citric acid – 2 g.
    • For marinade:
    • water – 400 ml;
    • 6% vinegar – 75 ml;
    • salt – 10 g;
    • sugar – 10 g;
    • citric acid – 3 g;
    • allspice;
    • carnation;

Instruction
