1. Pork marinated in kefir. On 1.5 kg of meat: 0.5-0.7 to add kefir l, 2 averages of the size of a bulb, salt and seasonings to taste. Cut meat on pieces of the necessary size. 2. Pork marinated in beer. On 1.5 kg of meat: To add 1 liter of light beer, 3 tablespoons of mustard, two bulbs, salt and spices to taste. Pickle meat as in the first recipe, but instead of kefir to add light beer. In marinade to take meat from 2 to 24 hours. It is possible to fry on anything. The taste turns out slightly sweetish, and meat gentle.
3. The fastest recipe - vinegar. On 1.5 kg of meat: 1 tablespoon of acetic essence, 2 averages of the size of a bulb, salt and seasonings to add to taste. Cut, salt, pepper and mix pork with the onions cut by rings. Part vinegar in 100 гр. waters and to fill in with it meat. It is desirable to pickle not long. Optimum time of 30 minutes and till 2 o'clock. A brazier - the best way of preparation of pork marinated in vinegar. If to keep meat in marinade longer, then it will turn out rigid and not tasty. It is worth remembering also that vinegar negatively affects work of a stomach.
