How to pickle ribs

The good sunny weather and attracts us on a picnic, whether it be winter or summer. The most popular dish in the fresh air, of course - a shish kebab, but is not less tasty alternative – ribs on a grill. A basis of successful preparation of this dish is marinade. It is possible to prepare it in various ways.

It is required to you

  • Spicy marinade:
    • 1 kg of pork ribs
    • 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
    • 200 g of tomato paste
    • 2 tablespoons of the Chile sauce
    • 1 teaspoon of a black pepper
    • pod of paprika (sharp)
    • 2-3 pieces of a lavrushka
    • salt to taste
    • Marinade on the basis of vinegar:
    • 1 kg of pork ribs
    • 2 garlic gloves
    • 50 ml of vegetable oil
    • 1 teaspoon of mustard
    • 1 tablespoon of a soy-bean sauce
    • 2 tablespoons of ketchup
    • 2 tablespoons of vinegar
    • Marinade on herbs:
    • 1 kg of pork ribs
    • 2 tablespoons of spice hop-suneli
    • 1 teaspoon of a basil (dried)
    • 1 teaspoon of paprika (sharp)
    • 2 garlic gloves
    • 4 tablespoons of mayonnaise
    • salt to taste

Instruction

1. Spicy marinade. Cut pepper rings and mix with oil, sauce, tomato paste and spices (salt, pepper). Wash out ribs, dry and split between bones. Fill in them with the made marinade, having added bay leaf. In 3-4 hours the ribs are ready to preparation.

2. Marinade on the basis of vinegar. Clean garlic and crush (it is possible to use the blender or a grater for vegetables). Mix with mustard, oil, vinegar, sauce, ketchup and season with spices (salt, pepper). Wash out ribs, chop on portion pieces and fill in with ready marinade. In 2-3 hours the ribs are ready to preparation.

3. Marinade on herbs. Wash out ribs, dry and cut on portion pieces. Fill up them with spices, squeeze out the peeled garlic and add mayonnaise. Well mix everything and remove for 1-2 hours in the fridge. The pickled ribs need to be prepared no more than 40 minutes, otherwise they will turn out dryish.
