It is required to you

  • - 1 cups of oat flakes;
  • - 1 average ripe banana;
  • - 0.25 cups of favourite nuts;
  • - 0.25 cups of brown raisin;
  • - 0.5 tablespoons of a refiner syrup;
  • - 1 tablespoons of liquid honey;
  • - 0.5 tsps of extract of vanilla;
  • - 10 g of peanut paste;
  • - salt pinch.

Instruction

1. Raisin should be washed out and dried previously. Chop nuts in an average or large crumb - as you have more to taste.

2. Mash banana in puree by means of a fork or a masher. Mix peanut paste, liquid honey with banana, mix to uniformity and send to the microwave for 40-60 seconds. Once again to mix and add vanilla extract.

3. To separately mix ground nuts with a salt pinch, oat flakes and a refiner syrup. Add banana weight and grind weight hands that small lumps turned out.

4. Warm an oven to 160 degrees. Cover a baking dish parchment and lay out on it weight. Send to the furnace for half an hour or won't blush yet (also 40 minutes can be necessary depending on an oven). Each 10 minutes the granol needs to stir slowly.
