It is required to you

  • 150 g of bitter chocolate;
    • 250 g of blackcurrant;
    • 3 eggs;
    • 150 g of granulated sugar;
    • 200 g of skim cheese;
    • 250 g of cream of 33% of fat content.

Instruction

1. For preparation of four portions of the refreshing dessert take 150 g of bitter chocolate. That the compounding was observed completely, give preference to chocolate with the highest content of cocoa. Put it in the freezer for one hour. Then get and cut as it is possible more small. But it is the best of all if you turn it into a chocolate crumb, having carefully ground.

2. Take 250 g of blackcurrant. Put berries in a bowl, fill in with cold water and leave them for half an hour. Then properly wash out, remove all impurity and lay out on a napkin. Berries have to dry well. In separate ware lay 20 largest and beautiful berries – they will serve as ornament for a dessert. Crush the others by means of the blender. Shift berries in a container, add to them a chocolate crumb and remove in the fridge.

3. Break three eggs and separate the yolks from the whites. Podsypte to yolks of 150 g of granulated sugar or icing sugar. Shake up by means of the mixer to a condition of white foam.
