  • 150 g of a hard cheese;
  • 200 g of fresh mushrooms;
  • paprika pod;
  • medium-sized bulb;
  • 1-2 ripe tomatoes;
  • 2-3 garlic segments;
  • 50 ml of vegetable oil.

Wash out and clean pepper, having cut on thin slices. Clean and crush onions, cut tomatoes on cubes. Slice mushrooms and a spasseruyta together with onions in oil. Add pepper and tomatoes. Clean and cut garlic segments, having added to other vegetables.

Wash out and divide into inflorescences of forks of cabbage. Boil water in a saucepan and boil cabbage within 10 minutes, having added salt to taste.
