How to prepare a cauliflower with yogurt sauce

The cauliflower and yogurt are dietary products. Therefore it will be very useful to combine them in one dish.

It is required to you

  • - cauliflower
  • - 150 g of flour
  • - 1/2 teaspoons of a curry
  • - 1/2 teaspoons of a garlic powder
  • - 1 teaspoon of soda
  • - cold water
  • - 150 g of a natural yoghourt
  • - 1 garlic glove
  • - 1 teaspoon of powder of a turmeric
  • - green onions
  • - little lemon juice
  • - salt and pepper

Instruction

1. We wash and clean a cauliflower. We divide it into small inflorescences. We throw in the boiling subsalty water and we blanch about 4-5 minutes.

2. In the same time we do sauce. We mix in a cup the yogurt which is squeezed out through a press garlic, small cut onions, lemon juice, a turmeric, salt, pepper and we let stand.

3. We throw back the welded cabbage on a colander that from it water flew down.

4. We mix flour, soda, a garlic powder, a curry, salt, pepper. We add cold water and we mix before obtaining pastelike weight. We dip cabbage in this batter and we fry in the boiling oil to a ruddy crust.

5. We spread the fried cabbage on a paper towel that excess oil in it was absorbed. We give cabbage together with yogurt sauce.
