How to prepare a chicken in dense sauce

Chicken fillet – the ideal decision for those cases when not really it is a lot of time for preparation of a dish. It is enough to cut of it on small pieces and to fry with seasonings and a small amount of sauce.

It is required to you

  • - 2 lardons;
  • - 1 chicken breast;
  • - 1 stalk of leek;
  • - salt pinch;
  • - black pepper and ground paprika;
  • - 2 garlic gloves;
  • - 180 ml of chicken broth;
  • - 100 ml of sour cream;
  • - flour spoon.

Instruction

1. Small we cut leek, and we cut a breast into cubes.

2. We fry bacon to a golden crust.

3. In a frying pan where bacon was fried, we spread leek and chicken.

4. We fry, stirring slowly, 6 minutes.

5. We add salt, the pepper, paprika cut by pieces bacon and we pour in broth. We bring chicken with broth to the boil, we close a cover, we diminish fire and we extinguish 10 minutes.

6. We mix sour cream and flour. We add sauce to chicken and we extinguish 2 more minutes. It is possible to serve chicken with pasta or any other type of paste.
