  • - 50 g of raisin;
  • - 50 g of cherry;
  • - 50 g of prunes;
  • - 0.5 glasses of sugar;
  • - 0.5 glasses of honey;
  • - 4 buds of a carnation;
  • - 0.5 lemons;
  • - 0.5 h spoon of cinnamon;
  • - 1 h spoon of a lemon dried peel.
  • Uzvar from fresh berries:
  • - 1.25 l of water;
  • - 1 glass of sugar;
  • - 500 g of fresh berries;
  • - 0.5 lemons;
  • - 0.5 h spoon of ground cinnamon;
  • - 0.5 h spoon of ground cloves;
  • - 3 tablespoons of honey.

Instruction

1. Decide what drink you will cook. Uzvar can be welded from one type of fruit with addition of raisin. Such drinks differ in more mild flavor. Also combined uzvara for which preparation use pears, apples, cherry, plum, dried prunes and fresh berries meet. Try to add bilberry, strawberry or raspberry to drink - узвар will develop unusual and very pleasant taste. Modern recipes include also more original ingredients - for example, a dried dogrose or fresh berries of a chokeberry. Experiment, inventing own flavoring combinations on the basis of classical recipes.

2. Pear узвар: Select ripe sweet pears, wash out them in warm, and then in cold water. Clean fruits, remove seeds, cut pears on pieces. Fill up them with sugar, draw half an hour. Fill in pears with boiled water, put on a plate, bring to the boil and you cook 5 minutes. Then add raisin and continue cooking. In 10 minutes lay out a lemon dried peel, citric acid, cinnamon, buds of a carnation and honey in a pan. Mix everything, boil 5 more minutes. Remove a pan from fire and insist in a cold spot about 5 hours.

3. Uzvar from sukhofruktovtshchatelno wash out dried fruits in several waters. In a big pan pour in water, add sugar and put on a plate. Stirring slowly, let's sugar be dissolved, bring water to the boil and remove the formed foam. Lay out dried pears in syrup, in 5 minutes add apples, still through 5 lay out dried cherry, raisin and prunes. Lower fire and you cook mix of 15-17 minutes. When fruit become soft, add a carnation, a lemon dried peel and a ground cinnamon. Squeeze out juice of a half of a lemon and too pour in it in a pan. You cook узвар 5 more minutes, and then remove from a plate. Add liquid honey to a pan and well mix. Let's drink cool down at the room temperature, and then put in the fridge for 2-3 hours.

4. Uzvar from fresh to a yagodklubnik, touch raspberry and bilberry, remove the spoiled copies. Wash out berries in several waters and cast away on a colander and lay out in a pan, Pour sugar and leave for 20 minutes. In separate capacity boil water, fill in with boiled water the candied berries and for half an hour put in the oven heated to 160 wasps. Add honey, spices and fresh lemon juice to a hot uzvar.
