- - 500 g of a fig (dried or fresh)
- - 4 tablespoons of whipped cream
- - lemon juice
- - dried peel of a half of a lemon
- - 300 ml of apricot juice
- - 100 g of a nibbled almond
Instruction
1. If you use dried figs, carefully wash out it and remove dry fruit stems. Put in a deep small plateau or capacity for a dessert. Fill in a fig with apricot juice and put in the fridge for 10 hours.
2. If you chose fresh fig for a dessert, then it needs to be washed out and cut on four equal parts. Then put fruits in capacity for a dessert, fill in with apricot juice. For strengthening of taste it is recommended to add a little juice of a lemon. The fig has to become impregnated within 10-15 minutes.
3. Crush almonds and fry in a frying pan without oil addition. It is necessary to remove from fire nuts after emergence of aroma and a golden crust.
4. Put the fig which is filled in with juice on slow fire, bring to the boil and cool. Distribute mix evenly on molds or ice-cream bowls. Fill in with whipped cream, decorate with roasted almonds. At will it is possible to add mint leaflets.
