Classical fast mannik

For preparation of a fast mannik on water and without eggs it is required to you:

- 300 g of semolina; - 100 g of granulated sugar;

- 100 ml of sunflower oil; - 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder; - 100 g of raisin; - 1 tsps of vanilla sugar (vanillin); - 1 tsps of a baking powder; - 250 ml of water.

Pour semolina into a deep bowl and connect to sugar. According to this recipe the mannik turns out not really sweet, dietary therefore if desired the amount of sugar can be increased. Add to a bowl vanilla sugar or usual vanillin on a knife tip, then well mix all components.

In a dry-mix pour in boiled water of room temperature, mix and leave for 1-2 hours in order that semolina could inflate. Meanwhile prepare other ingredients for a mannik: wash out raisin and wet it in warmish water. In 1-2 hours add the sunflower oil which doesn't have a smell, a baking powder and cocoa powder to mix. A ready mannik leave to cool down, then cut a la carte on pieces. Also you can cut a mannik lengthways and fill him with jam, jam, jam, etc.

Lemon fast mannik

Fans of fruit and berries will estimate a fast lemon mannik. In this recipe you can replace a lemon with any berries: a cranberry, currant, bilberry, raspberry, etc. (use both a fresh, and frozen berries). It is required to you: - 1 glass of semolina; - 1 glass of sugar; - 0.5 glasses of flour; - 50 ml of vegetable oil; - ½ tsps of baking soda; - 2 tsps of starch; - lemon; - 2 glasses of water; - salt. At first prepare a lemon stuffing for a mannik. Wash a lemon, clean, cut with small pieces and connect from 2-3 tablespoons of sugar, mix. Don't throw out a lemon dried peel, it is useful for the test. Dissolve starch in a small amount of water, and then add still ¾ a cup of boiled water and mix with a lemon and sugar. Put this mix on small fire and you cook about 10 minutes to dense consistence, then leave lemon jam to cool down. Be engaged in doughing. Connect ¾ a cup of sugar and semolina, pour in 1 cup of water and leave for some time for swelling of semolina. Rub a half of a lemon dried peel on a small grater. Extinguish baking soda vinegar. Add flour, a dried peel, soda and vegetable oil to the test, carefully mix. On consistence dough has to be dense and similar to sour cream. Grease a form for roasting with a small amount of oil, then lay out the first half of the test, level it, put a lemon stuffing and fill in with the second half of the test.
