The tradition of preparation of mushroom pockets came from the Netherlands. This dish is considered property of the country and often moves in snackbars as a light breakfast.

  • - 300 g of champignons;
  • - 1 tomato;
  • - 500 g of flour;
  • - 1 glass of sour cream;
  • - 100 g of a desi;
  • - sugar;
  • - salt;
  • - thyme;
  • - garlic.

Instruction

1. First of all it is necessary to make dough for a mushroom pocket. For this purpose kindle a desi and add it to flour. Then add a little sugar and salts. In the received weight fill in sour cream. Further all needs to be mixed and removed carefully in the fridge.

2. Get dough through an hour and a half. Roll it and cut on square layers which approximate length of 20 centimeters.

3. Further we will be engaged in preparation of a stuffing. For this purpose it is necessary to fry mushrooms. During frying it is possible to add different spices, salt, greens. At the end of roasting add small cut tomatoes.

4. Distribute the received weight on squares from puff pastry, previously having greased them with a desi. Roll up dough from edges so that small pockets with a stuffing turned out. Further place them in the oven heated to temperature of 180 degrees. Bake before formation of a golden crust.
