How to prepare a prunes dessert

It is required to you

  • For 6 portions:
  • - 8 egg whites;
  • - 100 g of granulated sugar;
  • - 200 g of prunes with stones;
  • - butter or margarine for greasing of a form

Instruction

1. Lay out prunes in a colander and very carefully wash with flowing warm water. Then shift in a pan, fill in dried fruits with water (on the specified amount of prunes there will be enough 0.5 l), bring to the boil and you cook on small fire about 2 hours.

2. Wipe prunes through a sieve. add sugar to the received gruel and you cook everything together about 30 minutes, won't thicken yet. Remove from fire and let's cool down completely.

3. Separate the whites from the yolks. Well beat egg whites the mixer in abrupt foam. Shake up them at first at the lowest speed, and then gradually increase it. A thin stream enter completely cooled down prunes puree into protein whips. Carefully mix all ingredients.
