It is required to you

  • salmon - 2 steaks,
  • one lemon,

  • little ground pepper,
  • 10 percent cream.
  • For vegetable stew:
  • cauliflower - quantity at will,
  • broccoli - quantity at will,
  • 2-3 tomatoes,
  • 2-3 potatoes,
  • bulb,
  • 2 garlic gloves,
  • one carrot,
  • little hard cheese,
  • it is a little salt,
  • little ground pepper.
  • For stuffed mushrooms:
  • several champignons,
  • hard cheese - quantity at will,
  • cream,
  • garlic glove,
  • it is a little salt and a sprinkling pepper.

Instruction

1. We sprinkle steaks lemon juice, we season with a small amount of salt and pepper. We sprinkle a small amount of cream and we wrap a salmon in a foil for roasting. We bake in an oven until ready.

2. We wash potato, we clean and we cut large small squares. We clean a bulb and we slice cubes. Carrots, it is desirable the average size (it is possible to take also two small) largely we rub. If desired it is possible to cut carrots in small cubes or thin circles.

3. We fry on vegetable oil potato with the cut carrots and onions (about ten minutes). We add cubes of tomato and the crushed garlic to a frying pan. We prepare about ten minutes.
