  • - 4 tablespoons of lemon juice,
  • - 5 tablespoons of vegetable or sunflower flavourless oil,
  • - 1 tablespoon of sugar,
  • - salt and a black sprinkling pepper to taste.

Instruction

1. Clean a mackerel from an entrails, well wash out, leave entirely. If desired cut fish pieces.

2. To bake fish on a brazier, it is necessary to make marinade. Wash lemons and squeeze out from them 4 tablespoons of juice. Crush garlic gloves in any convenient way (garlic it is possible to take more - to taste). Mix garlic with lemon juice, vegetable oil, sugar, I will merge also a black sprinkling pepper. Rub with the turned-out marinade fish. If the mackerel was cut pieces, then put it in marinade and mix. Leave to be pickled fish for two hours.

3. In two hours prepare coals. Get a mackerel and accurately put on it on a skewer (as it is shown on a photo). If a mackerel pieces, then bake it on a lattice. If desired pieces of fish can be fried on skewers - to whom as it is more convenient.
