Marinade from tea

In such situation the main thing that there was in existence a meat, and marinade can be prepared from tea which always is in the house. In tea it is possible to pickle practically any meat.

The following ingredients will be required:

  • 1 kg of pork
  • 50-70 g of good black leaf tea
  • spices for a shish kebab
  • salt

Preparation of a shish kebab on marinade from tea

  • Make meat: cut the pieces necessary for a shish kebab. Salt. Add some spice for a shish kebab is on taste of the one who prepares a shish kebab.
  • Prepare boiled water. Fill in with boiled water tea. Boiled water has to be so much that tea covered all meat subsequently. Allow to infuse to tea. There are enough minutes 20-30.

Teriyaki sauce

  • 1 kg of chicken meat (any meat of chicken is good)
  • 3-5 tablespoons of sauce of teriyaki
  • 1 tablespoons of a soy-bean sauce (it is possible not to take if it is absent)
  • 3 branches of rosemary (it is possible to take a pinch of dry)
  • to steam of garlic gloves (at will)
  • salt and spices to taste

Preparation of meat of chicken for a shish kebab

  • To cut meat of chicken with pieces which suit you. It is possible to take any part of chicken – a hip, ham, wings or all chicken. Put in the capacity where meat will be pickled.
  • With teriyaki sauce to add all to a bowl other of ingredients – salt, spices, rosemary, a soy-bean sauce, garlic which to crush in any way.

Marinade from a brine

  • 1-1.5 l of the brine merged from tinned tomatoes (cucumbers)
  • 2-3 bulbs
  • on 1 tsp ground black and paprika (it is possible to give preference to one of them)

Preparation

  • Make meat in the usual way, having cut it a la carte.
  • Cut onions with rings (half rings). Pour out it to meat. To salt slightly. Add pepper and it is good to mix. Set aside aside for one or two hours.
  • Then to fill in with a brine and to leave to be pickled hours 5-6. It is possible to remove in the fridge for the night.
  • Prepare a shish kebab.
