How to prepare a sprouted wheat

The sprouted wheat is the curative product which is well influencing a metabolism, blood formation and immunity. It is especially important to include the soups, porridges and salads made from it in a diet of children and pregnant women.

It is required to you

  • For the first recipe:
  • - potatoes - 4 pieces;
  • - onions - 2 pieces;
  • - carrots - 1 piece;
  • - a sprouted wheat - 4 tablespoons;
  • - laurel leaves - 2 pieces;
  • - salt - to taste.
  • For the second recipe:
  • - a sprouted wheat - 1/2 glasses;
  • - milk - 1 glass;
  • - dried apricots - 5 pieces;
  • - raisin - 1 h a spoon;
  • - sugar - to taste;
  • - salt - to taste;
  • - a desi - 10 g.
  • For the third recipe:
  • - a sprouted wheat - 2 tablespoons;
  • - sunflower seeds - 2 tablespoons;
  • - cheese - 100 g;
  • - a kiwi - 1 piece;
  • - banana - 1 piece;
  • - pomegranate - 1 piece;
  • - lemon juice - 50 g.
  • For the fourth recipe:
  • - a sprouted wheat - 100 g;
  • - lettuce leaves - 400 g;
  • - carrots - 1 piece;
  • - vegetable oil - 3 tablespoons;
  • - honey - 1 h a spoon;
  • - mustard - 1 h a spoon;
  • - a soy-bean sauce - 1 h a spoon;
  • - apple cider vinegar - 3 h a spoon.
  • For the fifth recipe:
  • - a sprouted wheat - 7 tablespoons;
  • - garlic - 3 cloves;
  • - beet - 1 piece;
  • - parsley greens - 2 tablespoons;
  • - salt - to taste;
  • - vegetable oil - 4 tablespoons.

Instruction

1. For preparation of soup clean, wash out and small cut 4 potato tubers. Chop two onions as it is possible more small, and grate one large carrots on an average grater. Pour in 400 grams of water in a pan, put in it vegetables and bring to the boil. You cook everything together about 10 minutes. Then add 4 tablespoons of a sprouted wheat, 2 bay leaves and salt to taste. Cook soup of 10 more minutes then let's it infuse a little.

2. Make porridge. For this half-glass of a sprouted wheat crush by means of the blender, shift in a saucepan and fill in with 1 glass of hot milk. Add small cut dried apricots, 1 teaspoon of raisin, sugar and salt to the received weight to taste. Mix all ingredients and put a pan on weak fire. You cook porridge about 15 minutes, constantly stirring slowly. Add 10 grams of a desi to a ready-to-eat meal.

3. To make Garnet salad, miss 2 tablespoons of a sprouted wheat and the same quantity of seeds of sunflower via the meat grinder. Grate 100 grams of a soft cheese. Cut one kiwi and one banana small into cubes. Put all ingredients in a salad bowl, fill in with 50 grams of lemon juice, mix and plentifully strew with pomegranate seeds.

4. For preparation of salad with carrots wash out and dry up 100 grams of a sprouted wheat. Tear lettuce leaves hands and connect to the carrots grated on an average grater and wheat. In a glass make sauce, having mixed 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil with 1 teaspoon of honey, the same amount of mustard, a soy-bean sauce and 3 teaspoons of apple cider vinegar. Fill salad and let's it become impregnated within 15 minutes then give on a table.

5. Make beet salad. For this purpose crush 3 garlic gloves and mix it with 7 tablespoons of the sprouted wheat and boiled beet grated on a small grater. Add 2 tablespoons of the crushed parsley greens, salt to taste and fill salad with vegetable oil.
