If you love chocolate in all its manifestations, then I suggest you to prepare a tasty chocolate dessert. It is rather easy to do it, and taste just amazing.
It is required to you
- - chocolate - 200 g;
- - eggs - 3 pieces;
- - milk - 500 ml;
- - cream of 33-35% - 200 ml;
- - sugar - 50 g;
- - gelatin - 1 teaspoon.
1. You vysypit gelatin in a separate cup and fill in with 50 milliliters of cold water. In such look leave it approximately for 60 minutes.
2. Break eggs and separate the yolks from the whites. Preparation of a chocolate dessert will require only the first. Remove proteins in the fridge, and mix yolks with granulated sugar and pound.
3. Pour milk in a pan and add to it the chocolate broken on small pieces. Put mix on fire and heat, constantly stirring slowly until homogeneous mass turns out.
4. Connect chocolate mix to egg and sugar. Carefully mix everything. Then there add the inflated gelatin. Put on fire. When the received weight begins to boil, remove it from a plate and give to time to cool down.
5. Carefully shake up cream and enter to the cooled-down chocolate paste. Properly mix everything. Lay out the received mix in transparent glasses or ice-cream bowls and remove in the fridge approximately for 5 hours. The tasty chocolate dessert is ready! At will you can decorate it with grated chocolate.
