It is required to you

  • - 1 kg of fillet of a turkey
  • - ground sweet paprika
  • - 1 tablespoons of vinegar
  • - 4 tablespoons of a rapeoil
  • - salt
  • - 1 bunch of parsley
  • - thyme
  • - 1 head of onions
  • - 4 tablespoons of bread crumbs
  • - 200 g of cottage cheese
  • - 1 egg
  • - 350 g of any broth
  • - 150 g of sour cream
  • - mustard
  • - 2 tsps of starch

Instruction

1. Make mix of vinegar, ground paprika, pepper, salt and 2 tablespoons of a rapeoil. Make an incision brisket of a turkey, develop and grease with the prepared mix.

2. Small cut green onions. Mix it with cottage cheese, a vitellus and bread crumbs. Add salt and pepper.

3. Lay out the turned-out cottage cheese mix on fillet of a turkey and inwrap in the form of roll. Preparation can be fastened with toothpicks or culinary thread.

4. Slightly fry roll on a rapeoil. Then lay out in a form for roasting and plentifully pour broth. It is necessary to bake a turkey within one hour in an oven.
