How to prepare berry mousse

The berry mousse prepared according to this recipe can move both as soft drink, and instead of a dessert. It differs in gentle consistence and a pleasant sweet taste with light sourness.

It is required to you

  • - 500 g of berries;
  • - 200 g of icing sugar;
  • - 2 eggs.

Instruction

1. Previously cool the berries intended for mousse and a squirrel in fridges. Then touch berries and wash a baking plate with flowing water.

2. Shake up in the berry blender with icing sugar, add to them the cooled whites and again shake up, having exposed the most powerful mode on the blender. Mousse has to gain consistence of dense foam.

3. Pour berry mousse on high glasses, decorate with berries, a branch of fresh mint and give to a table. To such drink it is also possible to give balls of berry or vanilla ice cream.
