It is required to you

  • - 5 apples of the average size;
  • - on 100 гр. raisin, dried cranberry and walnut;
  • - teaspoon of a vanilla extract;
  • - pinch of cardamom or ground cinnamon;
  • - 8 spoons of maple syrup (it is possible to use honey);
  • - vanilla ice cream (at will).


1. We clean apples, we grate one apple. In a bowl we mix polished apple, well washed out raisin, a cranberry, the crushed walnut, a vanilla extract and cardamom (cinnamon). If there is no dried cranberry, it is possible to use a fresh or frozen berries.

2. At the remained apples accurately we delete a core and we fill them with a stuffing.

3. We add 2 spoons of maple syrup (honey) to each apple.

4. We bake apples with a stuffing at a temperature of 110C from 45 minutes up to 1 hour.

5. It is necessary to give biffins in a warm view with a ball of vanilla ice cream!
