Boiled shrimps – not just tasty, but very useful dish for health as seafood contains many vitamins and other useful substances. At preparation of shrimps, the main thing is not to be overzealous with cooking, otherwise seafood will turn out rigid and tasteless.

  • - garlic;

1. The good frozen shrimps have to have a brilliant armor, equal coloring and the put tail between the legs. There are two species of shrimps – warm-water and cold water. Cold water have the small sizes (unlike warm-water). The put tail between the legs speaks about freshness of a product (however at large shrimps the tail between the legs in connection with the structure of a body isn't always put). Snow lumps in packing and white spots on an armor signal that the storage procedure was broken. The green heads of Crustacea shouldn't frighten you, it meets at individuals who eat plankton.

2. To weld shrimps, it is necessary to boil water and to add salt to taste. Waters need to be taken twice more than the volume of shrimps. As spices it is possible to add a carnation, fennel, a lemon slice, bay leaf and peppercorn to water. The frozen shrimps place in a colander and wash a baking plate with cool flowing water. At the same time the crust of ice will descend from seafood and dirt (as it is unknown where they lay before freezing and from what water ice was prepared) will be washed away.

3. After water boiled, lower shrimps in a pan and you cook within three minutes (for freshly frozen seven minutes of cooking are required). Deciding on cooking time, it is necessary to be guided by the size of seafood. The less shrimp, the quicker they will cook.

4. If you love spices, it is possible to make tasty and saturated broth for cooking of shrimps. For this purpose add to a pan with water four carnations, one bay leaf, several peas of a black pepper, a lemon half (having cut on several parts) and a head of the crude garlic (previously having washed up and having cut on four parts). Add a teaspoon of the paprika crushed into powder and a tablespoon of tomato paste, salt to taste. All ingredients need to be put in water before its boiling. Further lower shrimps and you cook within three minutes.

5. You will be able to determine readiness of shrimps by color of an armor. It will become slightly transparent, and seafood will swim in on a surface. After cooking cast away shrimps on a colander and let's flow down to excess water. Then lay out the made seafood on a dish, water with juice of a lemon and a small amount of olive oil, mix and give to a table.
