  • For sauce:
  • - milk of 100 ml;
  • - desi of 20 g;
  • - flour 2 tablespoons;
  • - sugar 1 pinch;
  • - yolk of 1 piece;
  • - salt.
  • For ornament:
  • - green onions.

Instruction

1. We cook sauce. Brown flour on a desi, then dissolve it with hot milk. Add sugar and you cook on weak fire within 15 minutes, constantly stirring slowly. When sauce cools down, add a crude yolk and salt, then mix.

2. Clean a head of cabbage from a topmost leaves and small chop. Peel carrots and cut small into cubes. Boil milk, add to it a desi and a pripustita in it cabbage and carrots.

3. When cabbage becomes soft, cast away it and carrots on a colander. Then shift vegetables in a pan, pour in a part of milk sauce and bring to the boil. A stream pour semolina. Cool weight and add to it crude 2 eggs. Carefully mix.
