Cabbage – one of the most popular vegetables in the world. Its useful properties are known long ago. - 1 of a small white cabbage of forks; - 1 head of cabbage of a kohlrabi;

- cauliflower and broccoli in the ratio 1:2; - 2 heads of onions;

- 1 carrots; - 1 pod of a paprika; - 1-2 tomatoes or 1 tablespoon of tomato paste; - vegetable oil; - greens of fennel and parsley; - salt. Carefully wash up a cauliflower and broccoli and sort on inflorescences. Then boil the prepared cabbage separately in the added some salt water (color within 3 minutes after boiling, and broccoli – 5 minutes). Wash up a kohlrabi, clean from a thin skin, cut with straws and fry on sunflower oil. Slightly add some salt, mix and spread out in portion ceramic pots.

At a white cabbage remove the turned black and faded topmost leaves, and forks small chop. Then put cabbage in pots to a kohlrabi. Don't mix layers but only level. The following layer lay out the onions which are small cut and fried to transparency. Then – a cauliflower layer. Further – the carrots cut by straws and fried. Then – a half of norm of the fried broccoli over which put onions and the paprika cut with straws fried together with the crushed tomatoes or tomato paste. The last layer lay out the remained broccoli. Close pots covers and place in the warmed oven for about 20-30 minutes to be extinguished at a temperature 160-180os. In 2 minutes until the end of preparation strew cabbage mix with small cut greens.

The recipe of a red cabbage with oranges

To prepare a juicy a red cabbage and oranges dish in a pot, the following products will be required: - 500 g of a red cabbage; - 1 tablespoons of a desi; - 1 head of onions; - juice and dried peel of 2 oranges; - 1 tablespoons of granulated sugar; - 2 tablespoons of lemon juice; - 1 tablespoons of a table vinegar; - 1-2 tablespoons of chicken broth; - ground black pepper; - salt. Kindle a desi in a frying pan and extinguish in it to transparency the onions cleaned and cut with rings. Then add the chopped red cabbage rubbed on a small grater a dried peel and juice of oranges. Season all with granulated sugar, lemon juice, a table vinegar, pour in chicken broth, pepper and salt to taste. Well mix everything and shift in a ceramic pot. Cover it and put in the oven warmed up to 180 wasps for about 30-40 minutes to be extinguished until ready.
