Hot appetizer from cheese is a good addition to any holiday table. The gentle stuffing of croquets with a crisp will please your guests. Cheese balls easily and quickly are preparing.
It is required to you
- - 300-350 g of a hard cheese;
- - 5 eggs;
- - 200 g of bread crumbs;
- - 2-3 tablespoons of walnuts;
- - 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil;
- - 150 g of sour cream;
- - 150 g of water.
Instruction
1. Accurately separate the yolks from the whites by means of special adaptation. In a separate bowl beat whites before formation of dense foam. Add water to yolks and well mix.
2. Grate a hard cheese on a small grater and carefully add to protein whips. Peel walnuts, small chop and add to weight. Mix mix. From ready weight roll cheese balls. Put them on a plate so that the form remained. Then place in the fridge for 1.5-2 hours.
3. Through certain time get balls. On a table lay out bread crumbs and evenly roll in in them croquets. Then moisten them in vitelluses and repeatedly roll in in crackers.
4. Well warm a frying pan, add to it vegetable oil. Put the prepared croquets and fry on average fire within two minutes before formation of a uniform golden crust.
5. Lay out croquets on a dish. Separately serve sour cream. For giving of aroma to a dish on hot croquets put several leaflets of mint.
