How to prepare chicken heart and a liver

Preparation of chicken heart with a liver doesn't demand special culinary abilities and additional expensive or rare ingredients. Besides, the prepared dish is perfectly combined practically with any garnish and will add a lunch or a dinner in any family. It is also important that, existence of a chicken liver in a diet of the person promotes saturation of an organism iron, and chicken hearts contain a large amount of protein.

It is required to you

  • 0.5 kg of a chicken liver;
    • 0.5 kg of chicken hearts;
    • 1 bulb;
    • chicken broth – 100 ml;
    • 2 tablespoons of sour cream;
    • vegetable oil;
    • bay leaf – 1 piece.
    • salt

Instruction

1. At first it is necessary to prepare chicken hearts and a liver. Hearts need to be washed out in cold water, to cut off at them vessels and superfluous fat. The liver also should be washed out in cold water, to look whether there are no gall bladders. If in a liver there is at least one burst gall bladder, all liver will be bitter. It is necessary to cut a liver on small pieces. Hearts can be not cut if they are not really large. If hearts size about small plum, it is better to cut them on two parts. Allow to flow down to excess moisture.

2. Cut and fry onions in the heated frying pan in vegetable oil before formation of golden color. Add there the washed-out hearts and a liver, to fry on strong fire within 5 minutes, periodically stirring slowly. Intensive frying won't allow a liver to collapse, and to become hearts flabby. Then fire to lower, pour in 100 ml of chicken broth in the received mix, to cover a frying pan and to leave to be extinguished for 10 minutes on small fire.

3. When protein turns, and a liver with hearts will change color, it is necessary to add sour cream to a frying pan, to promeshat and leave properly to be extinguished for 5 minutes. Right at the end to add salt and pepper to taste and to put bay leaf in a frying pan. Extinguish a baking plate a cover a minute more and remove from a plate. It is the best of all to give to a table with boiled potatoes, rice, buckwheat or a boiled cauliflower. The dish can be eaten and chilled as snack.
