Instruction

1. Clean a mullet, draw and carefully wash out, remove the head. Make a deep cut along a spine bone. Then divide fish into two fillets, doing small undercuts along edges. Salt fillet, pepper and you will sprinkle juice of a half of a lemon.

2. Peel carrots, onions and potato. Grate two carrots, and a third cut bars. Cut the remained half of a lemon and leek circles. Cut potatoes on quarters. Grate cheese on a small grater. Mix together olive oil, pepper and salt. Put the cut carrots, potatoes and leek in a cup with oil, mix and lay out on a bottom plate of the double boiler.

3. In a top plate of the double boiler place onions rings, on them from above - a piece of fillet of a mullet. Grease it with mustard, strew with a half of grated carrots and cheese.
