How to prepare for a guakamola on a grill

It is required to you

  • - 3 small avocados;
  • - 1 small lime;
  • - 1.5 average bulbs;
  • - bunch of parsley or coriander;
  • - 1.5 tablespoons of vegetable oil;
  • - 1 large tomato;
  • - 1 garlic glove;
  • - salt and a black pepper to taste.

Instruction

1. Peel avocado by means of the peeler, cut on 2 parts and remove a stone. Cut onions (it is better to choose red or, at least, not ""evil"" white) rings. Cut a tomato on segments.

2. Warm a grill and grease 1.5 tablespoons of oil. Lay out on it avocado, tomatoes, onions and bake before emergence of brown strips.

3. Shift avocado in a bowl and knead a fork to a pyureobrazny state. Squeeze out to it garlic glove, add juice of 1 lime and mix.

4. Swept slightly cooled down onions and a tomato chop a knife in a cube. Crush greens of parsley or cilantro. Add the prepared ingredients to the filled avocado puree, salt and pepper snack to taste and carefully mix. Give to a table with classical Mexican tortilla.
