How to prepare for a shekerpara

Shekerpare is the Turkish sweet. This dessert is impregnated with a sugar water-ice which impacts to a dessert unforgettable relish. It turns out very tasty, gentle, just melts in the mouth.

  • - 600 g of granulated sugar
  • - 125 g of margarine

  • - 1 handful of walnut

Instruction

1. In deep ware fill 2 glasses of flour, make a hole in the center and add granulated sugar, the kindled margarine, semolina, vanillin, soda, egg there.

2. Well mix that in the center. Gradually and accurately mix with flour. Hands knead dough if it turns out too liquidly, then add a little more flour.

3. Form balls by the size slightly more walnut. Oil a form for roasting by vegetable and lay out balls in it. From above put walnut in each ball.

4. Put in the furnace warmed up to 180 degrees and bake until to a shekerpara begins to rouge, about 20-30 minutes.

5. Pour into a pan 3 glasses water, pour 2 glasses of granulated sugar there and put a half of a lemon. On big fire bring to the boil, later make small fire and let's boil 10-15 minutes. Remove from fire and let's be cooled.

6. Pull out to a shekerpara and fill in it with the cooled-down syrup, leave to be absorbed for 3-5 hours.
