Chevapchich – the dish of inhabitants of the Balkan Peninsula reminding kebab. Traditionally cook sausages in the roshtil, the furnace similar to the Russian, but it is possible to prepare chevapchich and on a grill, in an oven, in a frying pan.

Instruction

1. For preparation houseof chevapchich overwind meat on the meat grinder with a small lattice. Add the crushed garlic and two bulbs, starch, mix of pepper, salt to forcemeat. The chevapchich prepared in an oven turn out incredibly tasty. In a frying pan in vegetable oil roast onions of 25-30 seconds, separately fry pepper. Put onions, pepper, tomatoes on a plate, on vegetables put ready sausages.
