It is required to you

  • - dried peel of a quarter of orange;
  • - 1/3 tsps of a vanilla extract;
  • - 170 g is fresher than some blackberry;
  • - 100 g of a desi;

  • - 1 large egg;
  • - 1/3 glasses of a refiner syrup;
  • - 1.5 glasses + 4 tablespoons of flour without ""hill"";
  • - 1/3 + 0.5 glasses of granulated sugar;
  • - couple of pinches of salt.

Instruction

1. We will prepare a desi: we will get it from the fridge, we will cut a cube and we will place in the freezer until we are engaged in other ingredients.

2. We will wash out blackberry and we will dry on paper towels. We will put an oven to be warmed up to the temperature of 175 degrees.

3. While berry dries, in spacious capacity we will mix 1.5 glasses of wheat flour, a pinch of salt and granulated sugar (1/3). Then we will add cubes of oil and we will mix capacity contents before receiving a flour crumb - it can be done both by hands, and a masher for potatoes. We will postpone a third of ready mix in separate ware and we will remove in the fridge.

5. We will lay out two thirds of a crumb in a baking tray and we will carefully stamp. We will send to an oven approximately for 12 minutes, and then within 15 minutes we will allow to cool down.

6. While the cake layer cools down, we will shake up egg, we will add 4 tablespoons of flour, and again we will mix both types of sugar, a third of glass of sour cream, a salt pinch, a dried peel and vanilla.

7. We will add berry and we will mix already in manual, very accurately, trying not to rumple blackberry!

8. We will pour out a stuffing on a cake layer and prisypy the flour crumb postponed by a third. We will send to the furnace for 45 minutes. Completely we will cool ready pie before cutting for the portion.
