Pies always were and will be favourite delicacy of all Russian people, especially, when they are prepared by the hands and for all family. They can become a pleasant reminder on homeliness at work.

It is required to you

  • - 600 g of flour
  • - 3 pieces of eggs
  • - 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil
  • - sugar, salt to taste
  • - 5 tablespoons of water
  • For a stuffing:
  • - 600 g of potatoes
  • - 2 pieces of eggs
  • - 5 tablespoons of milk

Instruction

1. At first put to prepare a stuffing for pies, for this purpose fill in potatoes with water and put to cook in the added some salt water. That it took a little time, cut it small pieces.

2. To knead dough, shake up eggs with salt and sugar. Pour in water and vegetable oil, very carefully stir contents.

3. Add flour and gradually knead dough. Surely sift flour through a sieve to get rid of excess lumps. Dough has to turn out fairly deadish, as for production of dumplings. On a rolled dough make circles for pies. It is possible to use a small glass for this purpose.

4. Pound mashed potatoes with addition of egg and warm milk. Milk has to be the average temperature in any a case we don't heat, otherwise eggs will cook. Then lay out the received stuffing on circles with the test. You stick together pies of the form, necessary for you.

5. Dip the created pies in water with oil and lay out on a baking tray. You can grease in addition from above them with egg for giving of a golden flush.

6. Put pies in an oven by 200 degrees for 15-17 minutes. Before consumption let's them "have a rest".
