Oyster mushroom – the wood mushroom well-known in our country. The popularity of an oyster mushroom speaks not only the fact that this mushroom can be used as a basis for preparation of tasty dishes, but also that the oyster mushroom contains high concentration of special enzymes which are called perforina.
Perforina we are capable to destroy abnormal cages, so, to prevent development of tumors – good-quality and malignant. Therefore many doctors recommend to eat oyster mushrooms for prevention of oncological diseases. Unfortunately, not everyone is able to prepare oyster mushrooms so that the taste of these mushrooms revealed. The fact is that, unlike other mushrooms, it isn't necessary to cook oyster mushrooms before preparation (as well as champignons which are grown up artificially). It is necessary to choose just correctly mushrooms upon purchase. It is impossible to buy mushrooms on which there are yellowish spots – their taste will be not really pleasant. It is better to choose mushrooms of an equal grayish-brown shade. Before preparation the mushrooms need to be washed out carefully. That quickly and tasty to prepare oyster mushrooms, it is possible just to roast them. Fried oyster mushrooms can be given garnished of mashed potatoes.
In order that as it is possible to roast more tasty mushrooms, it is required to us: half a kilogram of mushrooms, 200 grams of onions, 100 grams of sour cream, a bunch is fresher than some greens, garlic glove, salt, black and paprika to taste, vegetable oil for frying.
- Cut well washed out oyster mushrooms on small pieces, but not strongly small. • Pour about 70 grams of sunflower oil on the warmed frying pan, wait until it begins to boil, and pour out the cut mushrooms there. Don't add water at all – mushrooms will emit it enough. • Salt mushrooms to taste and prepare onions: cut it thin half rings and fry in other frying pan to a golden shade. • When liquid from a frying pan with mushrooms almost completely evaporated, add the fried onions and sour cream there. • Add some spice and you extinguish on small fire of 20-30 minutes. • At the end add small cut garlic and greens (for example, try to make oyster mushrooms with cilantro – it is ideally combined with taste of fried mushrooms).
