Preparation of dishes from a liver doesn't demand a lot of time and efforts. From it it is possible to prepare a huge number of dishes, it is fried, cooked, baked. Dishes turn out tasty, fragrant and very useful.
Ingredients:
- Liver chicken - 300 g;
- Any pasta - 1 unitary enterprise;
- Red paprika - 1 piece;
- Red onions - 1 head;
- Vegetable oil;
- Wine red vinegar - 1 tablespoon;
- Red dry wine - 1 article;
- Cowberry - 50 g;
- Blueberry - 50 g;
- Broth from a liver - 50 g;
- Black pepper, salt.
Preparation:
- We wash a chicken liver and we delete all veins, we cut average pieces and we shift in capacity. We wash sweet paprika, we clean from seeds, we cut a cube. We clean onions and too we cut a cube.
- We put on heating a frying pan with a small amount of oil. We spread paprika and onions, we add wine vinegar, we leave a little to be extinguished, in about 5 minutes we spread a chicken liver and we extinguish a baking plate a cover of minutes 10.
- On fire we put a pan and we spread the prepared frozen fruit (cowberry and blueberry).
- After several minutes of suppression the chicken liver will give water (broth), to take a little for sauce. Further the liver needs to be salted and peppered mix of pepper, to pour in red dry wine and to continue to extinguish everything.
- To add a teaspoon of wine vinegar to cowberry and blueberry, a little bit red dry wine, broth from a liver and we leave to be evaporated. Switch off sauce in about 5 minutes. We mix a liver and we fry on strong heating.
